VACCINE INFORMATION TO SHARE WITH OUR COMMUNITY
Vaccination appointments for Tuesday, April 13th to Wednesday, April 14th at the Pomona Fairplex are available now for entire households living in Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, El Monte, Industry, Irwindale, La Puente.
Here is how HOUSEHOLD ELIGBILITY (age 16 and over) works:
- The household must be in one of the communities below.
- At least one member of the household must be currently eligible to receive the vaccine.
- Every person living in the household is now able to get vaccinated on MyTurn.ca.gov by entering the same eligibility criteria as the person eligible (age, workforce sector, qualifying condition, etc.) when booking an appointment.
- Note: All other information, including name, date of birth, etc., must be correctly entered for each individual.
Tuesday: 9-4PM (Pfizer)
Open only to residents of:
- AZUSA
- BRADBURY
- BALDWN PRK
- IRWINDALE
Wednesday: 9-4PM (Pfizer)
Open only to residents of:
- LA PUENTE
- INDUSTRY
- EL MONTE
